DUBS Co-Ops is an apartment building located on Tower Walkway across from the backside of Office Inc. The building is 7 floors and is home to 11 apartments, all with great views of the Shakur Park in downtown. The building is constructed of mostly stone bricks, oak wood and jungle wood. The interiors are unique to each apartment but are mostly constructed of oak wood and stone blocks. The first floor of the building is home to Desert Shrub Club – Dining and Lounge, a southwest themed restaurant. The entrance is located on the corner of Tower Walkway and St. Amaru Street.
